The SL 506 from CERAMTEC is engineered with gray cast iron material and silicon nitride ceramic that create a sharp and durable surface perfect for working conditions. It can be used for internal and external turning, as well as boring using consistent and intermittent cuts that deliver quality output.

It can cut with quality dimensional accuracy while maintaining low cutting forces and giving a clean surface finish. Its clamping mechanism is made with IKS-PRO notch type technology to safeguard cutting operations.
