The Nutfast drawn-arc welding process extends Tucker's proven welding and automatic feeding capabilities for studs to the application of nuts to sheet metal assemblies. Processing considerations are similar to stud welding, and Nutfast can even be combined with a stud welding system to share the same weld control unit.
