MIG-MAG welder / pulsed DC / inverter

CITOWAVE II is an inverter technology welding power source with outstanding performances and highly effective metal transfer modes. Speed Short Arc mode (dedicated to root passes and for distortions? reduction) Pulse mode (for thin sheets and all positions welding without spatters) Soft Silent Puls mode (with 50% reduction of arc noise) and Spray Modal mode dedicated to aluminium applications (improvement of penetration and reduction of porosities).

CITOWAVE II proposes 3 new modes for productivity improvement:

HPS (High Penetration Speed) allowing:
higher deposition rate and deeper penetration,
weld in restricted joints with tight angle (important stick-out))
and less time spent in pieces preparation
ASQ (Advanced SeQuencer) for welding in vertically up position in direct tracing and production of excellent bead appearance (similar to TIG results)
EASY SHORT ARC used for all materials in every thickness. This mode shows higher arc stability avoiding globular zone allowing:
Increase of productivity: (same fusion law whatever the thickness is)
Quality improvement: no spatters and therefore no finishing works
