Flashblend from Silverson is a machine capable of rapidly mixing different kinds of powder, even problemaitc ones such as gums and thickeners. It is made to continuously and homogenously blend at the rate of 15,000 kg/hour. The Flashblend can handle thick materials and subjetcs. It is suitable for mass production, with its speed and repeatability. It also has minimal aeration. In addition, the FlashBend also improves vessel hygiene. It can also mix viscous liquids into bulk liquids using the hopper. Liquid additives can be added into the venturi for easier operation.

The FlashBend is able to create consistent homogenous products even with the most complex ingredients.
