The 2K valve is part of the Two-Component Dispensing System by Nordson and can be mounted on the end of a robot arm, being designed with a negative pressure shut-off system for dripping prevention. In addition to this, the base and the catalyst components located within the valve are kept separate until the entering of the static mixing tube. A simple change of nozzle can help the valve deliver material to a part in an extruded bead, a swirl or a steam, to meet the needs of various applications.

Next, the dispense valve is robot-mounted and provides stream, extrude and swirl patterns for two component structural adhesives. The temperature conditioned valve is available with various static mix tubes, for a range of applications and materials. Finally, the cartridges come with quick change packing on the anti-drool valves, for easy automation maintenance.
