Nordson? CE20 valve delivers precise deposition and control. It is suitable for applications demanding sharp material cut-off and consistent bead and spray patterns. It has been designed to work under high system pressures. Recommended application is dispensing materials with extreme viscosity of up to 3,000,000 cps like urethanes and expandable sealers.

The CE20 valve eliminates any accidental drop in pressure because it delivers consistent execution with inline inlet/outlet port configuration. Thanks to the replaceable and complete seal bonnet, maintenance is simplified and made quicker with a reduction in downtime. Maintenance is also simplified by the fast-change packing design, which eliminates the detachment of valve from tooling.

CE20 has a a flow-through design with huge passages resulting in an increased output in automatic operations.
