The F2 Model is a flame surface treatment equipment developed by LC Printing Machine Factory. It is specifically built suitable for the surface pre-treatment of PE and PP plastic products. The unit comes with baffle-boards to improve the heat efficiency, and advanced gushing nozzle.

It is supplied with 150 x 250 mm flame width diameter, 0 to 10 m/min conveyor speed, 2000 X 450 X 850 mm outline dimensions, 2000 X 340 mm conveyor size, and 120 kg gross weight. In addition, the framework is utilizing an LPG gas as burning gas with 8 kg/cm2 compressed air combustion gas.
