Jongia's fast running high shear mixer is especially suitable for the production of dispersions of hard to dissolve powders and solids and making emulsions.

Its special rotor-stator type mixing head generates:

- high shear forces in the mixing zone
- effective top-over-bottom mixing

To prevent excessive air inclusion, a slitted or perforated stationary collar can be fitted. The high shear mixer's compact design allows insertion through a relatively small vessel nozzle, manhole or handhole.
