The HSK Plast1000-D model is an automatic welding machine used for welding synthetic tarpaulins and roof sheeting. It produces seams with a width selection of 40 to 45 mm. The model has a heating power of 4000 W, 230 V which can be adjusted from 20-700 °C, thus making it adaptable to various materials.

An air power of 600 l/min is produced by a strong hot air fan designed into the model. The continuous speed adjustment function of the machine enables a service performance of up to 16 m/min. The model also features a three-point placement which allows a safe contact pressure for the canvas. It is supported by the weight of the HSK-Plast1000-D automatic welding machine, which is incorporated in the enclosure of the automatic welding machine.
