A wide range of automated welding cycles repeatedly performed along any plane by combining different control settings and limit switch activator positioning is enabled by the Kat Carriage Auto-Weld which can be controlled by advanced monitors through distance traveled responding to limit switches mounted on the device that in turn respond adjustable activators also mounted and appropriately positioned on the device. The three elements of direction, speed and length of the travel path are all synchronized with precise weld start and stop setting. This combination is ideal where repeating and accuracy are required such as in stitch and seam welding applications. It facilitates precision, reliability, cost efficiency and quality improvement. The Gullco Auto-Weld Kat Travel Carriage consists heavy duty self aligning wheel assemblies and closed loop tack feedback for accurate speed control.
