MIG welding carriage / arc / overlap / automatic

The Kat? welding carriage/compact oscillator unites the Gullco Kat? all-position welding carriage with a compact oscillator head and controls that includes the connection cable, mounting bracket and MIG gun holder.

Gullco rack boxes and rack arms (included) provide the micro-fine vertical/horizontal adjustments. The oscillator provides a tangential, pendulum, or step motion to the welding gun

The Kat? Welding Carriage/Compact Oscillator boosts production and weld quality in automatic mechanized welding operations by reducing weld defects such as incomplete fusion, overlap, undercut and poor penetration.

The stroke width can be adjusted. The oscillator control is used to set the stroke speed, wire feed start delay, dwell times (left/right/center) and welding carriage start/stop. It can also be done with the remote pendant (optional).
