In the new HOTFLOW 4 series, the shortest reflow system is HOTFLOW 4/8. The process length is of 3.25 meters split into 8 heating zones and a cooling zone. The product is characterized as highly energy efficient and it greatly enhances the throughput while maintaining high process and soldering quality.

Use of economical and efficient fan motors reduces the power consumption and also the operating cost. Superior control of the N2 system reduces the N2 by 20%. The range of total energy savings is around 25%.
