continuous welding carriage / with wire feeder

The Stiffener Welder represents a double head welding travel carriage. This self-contained carriage is integrated with wire feeders and spool mounts. It is designed for producing the constant or programmable sporadic fillet welds on stiffeners with heights of 3" to 16" and widths up to 12".
The carriage is automatic and it can run directly on the stiffener. The torch standoff with variations of work piece fit-up can be maintain and compensate by the spring loaded floating torch holders.
The machine can be applicable with solid or cored welding wires.
