pin insertion machine / semi-automatic / for PVC roller shutters / for aluminum roller shutters

The pin inserter is an off-line semi-automatic machine specially designed for assembling both PVC and aluminium roller shutters. It can work with any slats between 600 and 3000 mm long.
It is a modular system and can include the following units:
Vertical or horizontal infeed table for 3 or 6 metre long slats
Electro-mechanical eccentric punching unit
Cutting unit complete with dust extraction unit
Assembly table with or without motor-driven rolling unit
Pin interlocking unit
