The TESCOM series of Diaphragm metering valves from EMERSON offers services with high precision flow regulation of high purity gases. They are used in applications concerning laboratories, R&D's and analyzers, as well as Electronic Capture detectors. They provide flow characteristics that are almost linear and are available with metal to metal seals. Moreover, the series are utilized for gas purities up to 6.0 and are ideal for applications concerning corrosive gases.
