The DT Series Desktop Hot-Bar Bonding Systems are ideal for heat staking and hot bar reflow soldering implementations. It consists of a Miyachi Unitek Uniflow 3 reflow soldering power supply, thermo-plane thermodes with quick connect blocks, manual and automated systems, linear or rotary motion along with manual or pneumatic bonding heads.
