automatic spray nozzle cleaning system

The CleanSpray XT system is designed for automatic nozzle cleaning
without halting normal production. It sprays a low pressure,
short-duration mist of water directly on the nozzle, washing away
excess coating between lacquer sprays keeping the nozzle face free
of material buildup. This results in a repeatable and accurate spray
deposition providing increased production without maintenance.
Additional features include The Nordson? right-angle nozzle design,
that directs spray enabling efficient and precise cleaning, Soft-seat gun nozzle
that improves durability while providing drip- and drool-proof nozzle cutoff,
precision mounting enables production set-up, lacquer gun nozzle change and gun rebuild.
In addition it can be retrofitted for existing applications and features adjustable
mounting bracket that improves flexibility with inexpensive
Nordson CleanSleeve? gun covers for better protection than cardboard shields.
