Comparing with conventional flat spray nozzles
- EJVV can produce thicker flat spray.
Spray angel: Spray thickness=3~4:1
- Minimal clogging with bigger free passage diameter.
- Bigger mean droplet diameter.

Cleaning: Water rinsing after acid treatment of steel plates, water rinsing before and after painting process
