Meler multiline nozzles are fixed nozzles designed for bead application in sift-resistant systems. They are available in a range of shapes and configurations.

The standard range includes three basic versions - BMV or vertical multiline nozzles, BMH or horizontal multiline nozzles, and BMV-20? or 20? vertical multiline nozzles. In vertical nozzles, the application beam is in the direction of injection module. In 20? vertical nozzles, the application beam is positioned at 20? from the direction of injection module. In horizontal nozzles, the application beam is at 90? from the direction of injection module.

The classification of nozzle versions is done on the basis of output diameter and available number of outputs with a maximum limit of 6. The nozzle inserts are made with special material and adhere to rigid tolerances for inside diameter. This ensures increased service life. All nozzles have received a special treatment resulting in high corrosion, sticking and wearing resistance.
