FCA self-cleaning cartridge dust collectors implement a dry process to remove dust from air extracted from shot and sandblasting systems, ensuring compliance with current atmospheric emissions regulations.

A pulsed compressed air system keeps the cartridges clean: dust is thus collected in a trolley-mounted container located under the filter?s hopper. The cleaning air blasts are managed by an electronic controller.

We also produce filters to collect dust from lapping, grinding and polishing processes and special systems for metal spray coating booths.
