The Dustcollector is outfitted with a 3 phase motor ideal for uninterrupted utilization in industrial surroundings. The ?Dustcollectors vary in size ?depending on the web thickness, while the air passes a fine before reaching the fan. The fan blows the air back to the web cleaner-head. Optionally, a micro-filter can be established between the fine filter and the fan to guarantee that no particles larger than 0.3 ?m are carried back to the web. The fine filter consists of textile filter bags, polyester bags or reusable paper or ?synthetic bags inside supporting cloth bags and filter the air down to 3 micron.
An optional added 0.3 micron ?disposable filter section is available. The system has ?valves on the pressure and vacuum sides of the fan in order to enable flexibility of the ratio between the pressure air and the vacuum air for optimal cleaning operation.
