The devices in the OILMAC series are for extracting fumes, aerosols and mists that arise during metal processing as coolants and lubricants evaporate. The oil mist separators are usually installed right on the housing of the processing machine. This means that the coolants filtered out can be guided downward through a siphon hose and fed back into the machines circuit. OILMAC devices have a three-stage filter system to ensure maximum filtration, with separation performance of 99.95%. Thus, the filtered air can be routed through the top of the device and back into the work area, draft-free, to save energy. The OILMAC series offers devices in three performance levels, with air volume flows between 800 and 3,000 m?/h. The patented housing design, with a pivoting inlet and fan module, allows tool-free access to the interior of the device. This makes filter changes and maintenance quick and easy.
