Junction box PV-JB/Westlake is now IEC certified for 1500 VDC and 1000 VDC UL. The multi-contact PV junction box Westlake (PV-JB/WL-H) can be used in high performance PV modules anywhere in the world. It is a flat box ready for installation directly under module frames. So there is no need to bend the connecting ribbons. This cuts down on the installation time. The processes of clamping, welding or soldering are used to achieve ribbon termination. The junction box, witch has class IP65 protection, is well suited for applications in salty air.
