The H.V.H.B.C. fuses from Driescher are designed to be automatic and it is an acting medium-voltage switchgears that have a voltage range from 6 to 36 kV.

The device has a very fast short circuit interruption. It protects transformers, cables, capacitors and switching installations over the thermal and dynamic effect of short circuits.
