Another quality product by Yokogawa is the digitalYEWFLO Fieldbus type vortex flow-meter, a two-way digital communication system. Fieldbus is an innovative technology used to configure instrumentation control systems. It is a promising successor to the standard 4 to 20mA analog communication commonly used in field instruments nowadays.

A wider selection of powerful flow control applications is feasible when Fieldbus communications are combined with digitalYEWFLO's ability to simultaneously output analog and pulse readings for flowrate, temperature, mass flowrate and total flowrate.
