This radar sensor is capable of measuring water levels in rivers, channels and reservoirs without contact. It can be installed in bridges and it can work from there. It has an accuracy rate that is insensitive to temperature and climate. It has ranges of 0-15m, 35m, and 70 m and accuracy rate of greater than 1 cm.
