This is a thermal-based mass flow sensor that comes with incorporated conditioning as well as temperature compensation electronics, that can be used with SDT receivers. The sensor is available with flexible rubber for simple covering of leaks and greater accuracy in measurements.

The flow rate can be read in either a SCCM standard cubic centimeter per minute or SCFM standard cubic feet per minute. The sensor is meant for measurements up to 1,000SCCM.
