These simple and portable light level meters feature one-hand operation, and measure light levels from 20 to 200000 lux with an accuracy of ?3% + 10 digits (CIE @ 2856k (A)) and pure white light accuracy of ?3%. The meters use an accurate visible compensation filter f* 1, take measurements 2.5 times per second, and have a 1mV per lux analog output.

The valox housing is designed to withstand accidental drops. Models with built-in display have a light sensor with a retractable cable that expands to 1 m, and the backlit LCD display has switch-on features with MAX/PEAK/DATA HOLD readings.
