positive displacement flow meter / for liquids / in-line

The VKG model is a viscosity compensated flow meter and switch that is integrated with a spring-loaded float. The float incorporates permanent magnets that activates a potential-free bi-stable reed contact that is mounted outside the flow, which guarantees a hermetic division along the medium and the electrical contract system. Its float moves in a cylindrical tube, and comes with a built-in orifice.

The contact is fixed in an enclosure made of plastic in order to avoid damage that is caused by either a mechanical action or by an aggressive environment. The height of the enclosure can be altered. The VKG model has a rated viscosity range from 1 mm?/s up to 540 mm?/s.
