TR300 is an iron soldering robot that can be controlled by an industrial PC, which allows semi automatic to fully automatic point-to-point bottom side selective operations.

The increasing demands of the customers, precision and reliability increases the levels of automation, while the bottom side soldering tasks can be carried rapidly, especially when it comes to micro-areas.

In addition to this, there are 3 or 4 axes that can be programmed easily and individually, and the same principle applies for the soldering parameters of the soldering point. The THT/PTH components can be soldered without handling and even without turning over the PCH. This is one of the latest production methods, which is often regarded as the most efficient and flexible method in the field.

Finally, the modular concept and the SMEMA interface make the robot easily to integrate into existing product lines, even with a transfer system.
