RPE Techvagonmash performs comprehensive projects on robotization of welding production. We offer comprehensive solutions as well as robot-operated stations designed according to the technical assignment of the Customer and made to perform a certain task.
We have experience in making of welding stations:
- for welding of frameworks, structural works, flatworks made of low-carbon low-alloy steel, austenitic steel, aluminium and its alloys by means of the following welding types: MIG-MAG,WIG, SAW - the stations can be equipped by processes monitoring system which allows to perform remote control and correct welding processes.
- Laser tracking systems can be used as tracking devices
