The SIMATIC MV340 is a handheld code-reading system recognized as one of the most powerful and efficient handheld readers available. This device is suitable for use with a range of demanding applications, and is able to read codes from a distance of 50mm. The SIMATIC MV340 is able to read a large variety of direct part markings (DPM), and this includes linear barcodes as well as 2D systems.

This device can read multiple code styles without needing to be reconfigured and is also able to read low-contrast codes.
