When it comes to processing returnable containers, the essential requirements on palletising units are their robustness, flexibility and performance. There is a need to quickly separate pallets with empty containers while crates with full containers need to be quickly grouped and palletised to a layer. Providing modular elements which can be combined for both tasks, the palletiser of the Pressant series has a versatile product and line concept design which can be adjusted to suit specific production conditions.

Each model has at least one basic machine and comprises one or two grouping station or a pack discharge table, depending on the performance. These are combined in numerous layout possibilities. Gripper systems are adapted to each individual application, ensuring that the maximum amount of gentle product treatment is achieved when moving the plastic crates.
