Korenix JetPort 5801 is a Wireless Serial Device Server. It equips with 1-port RS-232/422/485, 2-port redundant Fast Ethernet and Wireless interface.
The serial interface on JetPort 5801 supports versatile serial application, such as Real COM, TCP Server, TCP Client and UDP Listening. The serial data can be transmit through Wi-Fi interface, and it's easy to connect to the hard-to-wire serial devices and thus solve your network cabling problem in the field.
The Dual Ethernet ports can support RTTD (Redundant to the Device) or connect as Daisy Chain. With RTTD, the redundant Ethernet ports can auto-recover in less than 200ms if the primary link breaks, as a result guaranteeing a non-stop connection.
The Wireless interface on JetPort 5801 supoprt 802.11b/g/n 2T2R MIMO technology and up to 300Mbps speed, which can give you a high bandwidth and reliable transmission. To provide a higher security when data transmission, teh JetPort 5801 implement 128bit WEP/WPA/WPA2 to avoid the unauthorized access or hack.
The JetPort 5801 can be configured by the JetPort Commander, it's an easy-to-use utility for Windows, that covers all management, monitoring, and control functions for one or multiple JetPort servers. The JetPort 5801 is equipped with two types of power input, terminal block or power jack. The JetPort 5801 can be wall mounted (optional) or din-rail mounted by the default din-rail kit.
