It utilizes delta robotics that can control trays individually at a very fast (up to 150 trays/min) but very streamlined pace skipping pre-collation. It gives autonomy in picking out the number of packs per layer/case as well as its order reducing cost of labor. It allows uncomplicated infeed, crate handling, as well as set up, operation and changeovers. The Ishida Packing System has built-in collision avoidance that secures products and equipments. They come in both single and/or twin robot settings with a basic, sturdy and hygienic design.
