The Endless Torch Rotation System is mainly used for welding applications. It offers a minimal set up time through its automatic torch centering feature. It offers a quality welding on the outside of cylindrical parts such as the subsea components even without an aid of a turntable. It offers a data documentation through its USB drive, internal hard drive or printer. It is also integrated with multiple software functions such as auto-centering, ring-groove centering, rectangular welding, 3D process visualization, data logger and even bore-to-bore performances. It is built with a remote maintenance by the means of a network connection or an internet connection. It is also equipped with an LED light which enables it to be suitable for torch locating and positioning in bores.
