It exhibits a unique 6-axis parallel link arm mechanism, which allows the unit to automate dif?cult tasks such as complex insertion, gluing or soldering that result in best cycle times and increased productivity for picking application and assembly. The M-1iA/0.5A uses its advanced technology to integrate with a compact controller like the FANUC R-30iA Mate Open Air Controller, the FANUC integrated iRVision and the FANUC integrated Force Sensor.

Some technical data include a 0.5-kg payload for handling and picking bolts, and a 280-mm diameter by 100-mm motion range with no dead zones. Flexibility for full range and parts feeding is available, and precision is ensured.
