Emerson's XR series controllers are designed to optimize case energy efficiency whether installed in a supermarket, a convenience store or a restaurant. The XR series of controllers features:

A night setback mode reduces energy consumption during off hours when a high level of output is no longer necessary to maintain the temperature.
Digital control of all critical functions in medium and low temperature refrigerated case applications
Icon-based displays make it easy to see the exact status of the system and determine its operational state
Visual indicators for high temperature alarms help prevent food spoilage and low temperature alarms prevent energy waste
Onboard keypad allows parameter changes to be completed directly at the controller, and can be locked out for security purposes
