WLg-Switch is an 8-port 10/100 managed Ethernet switch over WLAN designed for harsh industrial environments and automotive applications. It fulfills the most severe requirements in terms of operating environment: operating temperature from -20?C to +70?C (- 4?F to 158?F), shockproof and vibration proof according to MIL- STD-810F standard, seal rating IP30.

The WiFi interface features the IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/h with enhanced IEEE 802.1x security scheme (RADIUS authentication) and supports ACCESS POINT, BRIDGE, BRIDGE ROUTER and REPEATER modes.
The WLg-Switch used in the ACCESS POINT mode makes it possible to create an industrial WiFi wireless network from any industrial equipment featuring an 10/100 Ethernet interface.
When used in the BRIDGE mode, this product connects any industrial equipment featuring a 10/100 Ethernet interface to the WiFi wireless network. This can also be used as a WiFi network repeater (WDS) in order to extend radio coverage. The device supports both INFRASTRUCTURE and AD-HOC modes.

A pluggable key ?C-Key? allows for quick and easy on-site replacement of the WLg-SWITCH unit, eliminating the need to reconfigure the replacement part or to use any other equipment.
