The STM waterjet system is suited for a short-run part production, just-in-time manufacturing, bulk production, prototyping and also in product development. It requires no tool change or complex fixturing. The setup time is reduced by up to 50%. An expensive and time-consuming secondary machining is not required for a smooth finish. The STM systems increase profitability.
