Worldwide Resato develops and builds high pressure water jet pumps and cutting tables. The standard ACM installation has linear driven motors on the main X, Y axes. Standard options are also easily installed, enabling a possible machine upgrade. A second cutting head can be mounted or a 2D cutting head can be replaced by the means of a 2.5D cutting head. The machine has a robust steel construction having, direct linear driven motors, present on both of the main axes. Bellows and protective stainless steel plating protect conduction and drives. The portal is driven from both sides of the cutting table. It has a separate measuring system, without an encoder. Temperature changes or other mechanical shortcomings have no impact on the functioning.
