This 8/2600 circular shear flanging equipment features circular blades ideal for cutting and beading loops along with hydraulic clamping top blade descent. This can slow-down the tool used for beading processes or for cutting of parts that need optimum smoothness. The supporting dovetail gibs of this equipment are highly strengthened and comprise of forbearance redemption strengthened along with grated gliding tables for optimal precision and gliding.

The turret tailstock featuring a clamping piston with a cavity in the middle can be modified in length for grasping con-shaped or plated parts of up to a length of 500 mm. Additionally, the cutting blades are hydraulically automated via a pump with differential flow and consistent power as well as differential setting of cutting pace.

It can modify the cutting diameter via a gear engine and digital monitor. Moreover, the 8/2600 circular shear flanging equipment can accept redistributing ball screws as well as d/c motor for quote placement.
