The RD 3800 is a machine, especially developed for cutting and beading multicenters or circular bottoms with maximum diameter of 3800 mm. This equipment operates with a template of 1:1 scale, which renders the beaded bottom have the same dimensions and shape of the template.

The equipment features two heads, one for cutting and one for beading. They are combined together through a table, where the template piece holder conveyor slides.

Both the beading and cutting heads always operate perpendicular to the tangent of the template via a feeler, in touch with a similar template. This feeler runs the hydraulic movement of the head rotation. The unit has maximum cutting capacity of 4 mm, and minimum cutting capacity of 2 mm.
