This circle shear with circular blades are especially designed for cutting and beading circular parts. The unit is equipped with a hydraulic descent upper blade with a slowing-down tool for the execution of parts, which need maximum flatness.

It is also designed with dovetail guiding slides that have clearance recovery. Its cutting diameters can be manually adjusted, with a mechanical visualization device of the programmed radius.

The cutting blades are both motorized. The lower one is placed at 30 degrees with respect to the upper blade. The unit also features fast and simple substitution of the cutting blades and adjustment of clearance.

The hydraulic power-pack is located in the bottom of the equipment. The unit is already predisposed to receive the re-circulating ball screws and the d.c. motor for the quote positioning device.
