M3/1600 Twin-headed Circular Shear and Flanging equipment is used for cutting disks from a square or an octagonal part during the beading treatment without detaching the part from the equipment. M3/1600 Twin-headed Circular Shear and Flanging equipment is ideal for creating circular road symbols, park benches, horizontal ends for the reservoirs and other such tasks. This equipment features a cutting crown version comprising of two automated blades and part tailstock with hydraulic regulation.

Additionally, it also presents a unique beading crown including no.2 plaint lifter rolls, no.1 prior roller with radius, bead roller as well as roller for prospective beading towards the interior of the roller.
