The core process is made of the twin-screw extruder featuring parallel counter-rotating twin screws with increased length (L/D 1:28).
This extruder outstands for enhanced product quality - material jellification in the barrel is made step by step and under lower stress conditions -, and for high productivity with high flexibility in recipes.
Bandera counter-rotating twin-screw can process both rigid and soft PVC with the same screw profile at high hourly outputs.
