The hbs series offers a wide range of semi-automatic hacksaws manufactured by Kasto. It has a sleek design that provides space-efficient, economical, and convenient operation. In addition, it incorporates the "pushing, arch-shaped cutting movement" principle in its operations, specifically for cutting ranges of up to 210 or 250 mm.

The key features of the hbs series include an extremely variable meter adjustment that can reach up to +45?, a cutting range that can reach up to 210 mm (Kasto hbs 1) and 250 mm (Kasto hbs 2), a coolant system, complete management of the hydraulic feed, and a pendulum clamping vise. The two series are also available in flat and square models.
