The CTCV product range of electric hot shears is well suited for high-performance applications. They are entirely electric and the four main axes are operated by improved electromechanic actuators. These devices offer blade, hold down, square cutting attachment and length gauge mechanisms.

Rapid new transfer presses are coupled in order to reduce the product's cycle time. The blade speeds can be moderated during the shearing process which improves the overall shearing quality even on items such as difficult steels.

No hydraulic oil is needed and this helps eliminate any fire risks associated with leaks in other models. This product range is far more efficient than traditional models are.
