The FAGOR combined cutting lines offer service flexibility and are a cost-effective solution for various cutting processes. They can be used either as cut-to-length or as slitting lines, depending on the user's requirements. They can manipulate workpieces up to 3000 mm wide, 25 mm thick, with speeds up to 150 m/min. They perform excellently on materials like carbon steel, exposed or non exposed materials, stainless steel, pre-painted steels, aluminum and similar materials. Slitting mode features quick change slitters,high-capacity recoilers and extraction from coil without banding. If requested, they can be equipped with start-stop cutting systems, flying or rotating shears or direct feed, air cushions, bomb type doors, electromagnetic or vacuum stackers.
