During the past few years, accessible manholes 1000 mm in diameter have played an increasingly important role in the wastewater management industry when it comes to inspecting pipework. Our manhole systems have a modular structure comprised of an entrance cone, shaft ring, and shaft bottom with port openings for the pipes; they frequently have an overall height of several meters.

Our injection molding machines, featuring very high shot volumes of up to 180,000 cm3 in conjunction with energy-efficient hybrid drive technology, are particularly suitable for manufacturing large manhole systems. The special frame for holding and flexibly positioning core pullers is likewise a great advantage for this kind of application. Since the core pullers are now an integral part of the machine, no separate pullers are required for the diverse molds and the costs for these molds are much lower.
